You can delete your NearUNow account at any time using either of the methods below. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — you must follow one of these steps.
Option 1
Delete in the NearUNow app
- Open the NearUNow app and log in to your account
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2
Delete by email
- Send an email to info@nearunow.ie from the email address connected to your account
- Use the subject line: Delete my account
- Include your business or account name so we can identify your account
What happens when your account is deleted
- Your NearUNow account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
- Active listings, appointment posts and customer requests connected to the account will be removed.
- Email deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
- Limited information may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory obligations.
Uninstalling the NearUNow app does not delete your account. To permanently remove your data, please use one of the methods above.
